Fogato is not a restaurant. It is a room, a soundtrack, and a ritual — arranged for one evening only, and never quite the same twice.
I curate every evening as a gathering of creatives and kindred spirits: a quiet place where DJs, artists, artisans, and makers cross paths with guests over something beautiful and cold. Each Fogato is designed to connect people — with the craft, with the moment, and with each other.

Arrival
Guests are welcomed with a first pour — a bright, seasonal drink to open the evening — and offered a pair of Fogato sunglasses to wear for the night.

The Table
Signature affogatos arrive in coupe glasses along the linen: Strawberry Matchatini, Raspberry Butterfly Blue, Espressotini, and Thaitini — all composed over vanilla ice cream, with vodka available on request.

The Sound
As dusk falls, a resident DJ shifts the room. Slow house rises. String lights flicker. Guests find the floor.

The Pour
A final Fogato, poured slowly over cold vanilla ice cream — espresso, matcha, or a botanical tea to close the night. The evening lingers a while longer.

Our first festival pop-up: a full affogato bar built in the open air, with tableside pours of espresso, matcha, Thai tea, and botanical tea over creamy vanilla ice cream — handed off coupe by coupe to a line that didn't stop.
Private Parties · Los Angeles
Backyards, birthdays, and long dinners
For private events we bring the whole ritual: carafes of espresso, matcha, Thai tea, and botanical tea, handcrafted syrups, vintage coupes, gold spoons, and a menu shaped around the host — including vegan and select dietary accommodations upon request.
